The first few tips to start the change:
1. Love yourself.
2. Appreciate what you are and what you have.
3. Erase the people who made you this way; or make a CONNECTION with them.
4. Ask yourself the following: "Why would I hurt myself, If I love myself?, So what if they hurt me, that shouldn't make me want to kill myself, it should make me stronger.
5. Throw away the bottles and the pot and the lighters and trash them!
6. Write on a piece of paper: I LOVE MYSELF FOR ME! and fold it, and keep it in a safe place for you to only know. Whenever you feel like running back to that little piece of death, take out that paper and read it over and over again until you realize that you DO love yourself.
*TIp: don't throw away the paper and forget all about it when you get real annoyed. As much as you may think a piece of paper is stupid to help you, well get yourself caught up in a situation of temptation and run to that paper, you'll see how much love you have for yourself.
